Goal: Lose weight get toned and build muscle

My reason for becoming a trainer was not only to have my own transformation but to pass on to all persons over 50 that we can continue to build our body, reshape our body and become more fit as we age. There is no time stamp that says we cannot be healthier and stronger at any age we want to. We want to do many things after reaching the GREAT age of 50 and we need to be healthy and active to insure we can still do all of those adventures still on our bucket list to do.
